The name Vini Viti Vinci is a play on the words "I came, saw and won." Vauthier buys the organically grown grapes “still on the vine”, picks it with its own pickers, and then intervenes as little as possible in the winery. All wines are made with careful attention to detail and do not require intervention! Wonderfully bright fruit aromas, satin textures and a lively mineral core characterize all wines, and since they are not from Burgundy, they are relatively inexpensive. It uses partial carbonate maceration (fermentation under carbon dioxide), as it is done in Beaujolais, and it helps to make these northern Burgundy wines more fruity and delicious.
