К салатам из свежих овощей, морепродуктам
Light golden color with glitter. The bright aroma is dominated by tones of citrus and white flowers against a background of pronounced mineral shades. Comprehensive, refined, with crispy acidity and a harmonious finish.
History of wine
Sancerre "La Bourgeois" is produced from the old 50-year-old vines with low productivity, which were first planted by the monks of the abbey of Saint Satour. Fermentation takes place partly in steel tanks, partly (one third) in 225-liter Tronse French oak barriques, of which one third are new, one third are one-year and one third are two-year-old. Excerpted wine on lees in oak barrels with regular butt lasts 7-8 months.
Already 10 generations of the Bourgeois family are engaged in winemaking. In 1950, the estate of Henri Bourgeois consisted of 2 hectares, today his sons expanded the Domain to 65 hectares of vineyards. Vineyards are located among the best slopes of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fume, stretching to the shores of the Loire. Thanks to the wonderful climate, chalky and siliceous soils, here are created just ideal conditions for growing Sauvignon with a mineral character
